What's included

• A clear plan: I learn your services, your customers and your local competition, then map out your site.
• A custom design that fits your brand. No generic templates.
• Page copy written for you.
• Pages that load fast and look great on phones.
• Set up for Google search from day one: clean structure, page titles and descriptions.
• I set up your hosting and launch your site, with your Google Business Profile and visitor analytics connected. Ongoing hosting is covered by the Care Plan.
• You work directly with me from the first call to launch day, with updates at every milestone.

Good to know

• Already have a site? I also offer website refreshes.
• Your price, scope and timeline are set in your written proposal. Work starts once the proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid.

Care Plan — monthly hosting and updates

Updates, fixes, backups, and small content changes handled for you every month, so your site stays fast, secure, and current. The Care Plan is optional.

What's included

• Updates and fixes to keep your site running smoothly.
• Regular backups.
• Up to 1 hour or 3 small content changes each month, whichever comes first. Unused time doesn't roll over. Anything bigger is always quoted before I start.
• Help and guidance when you need it.
• Easy requests: send a change through the Care Plan request form, and I'll reply within 24–48 hours (sooner if it's urgent).
• Hosting included: fast, secure hosting is covered in your Care Plan.
• No Care Plan? I'll hand your site over to your own hosting account, paid directly to the host.

Get Found: Google Profile + Reviews

I set up and optimize your Google Business Profile and help you collect reviews, so local customers can find you and call.

• Your Google Business Profile set up and optimized.
• Help collecting reviews from your customers.
• The goal: local customers find you on Google and call.

Pricing: shared in your proposal after a free discovery call, with a discount when added to a Launch Package.
