S&A Brand Design ("we," "us") builds websites for small businesses in and around Lexington, Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect through sabranddesign.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and anything you write in a message.
• Text-message consent: whether you opted in to marketing texts and/or service texts, and when.
• Basic website data: pages visited, browser type and similar technical details, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls, send proposals and invoices, and deliver and support your website project.
• To send text messages, only if you opted in (see "Text messaging" below).
• To send occasional emails about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.

Text messaging (SMS)

• If you check a box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from S&A Brand Design: service messages (appointments, project updates, customer care) and/or marketing messages, depending on which box you checked. Checking a box is never required to contact us or buy anything.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@sabranddesign.com.
• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (for example our CRM and messaging carrier), and only to send you the messages you asked for.

Who we share information with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business — for example our CRM and scheduling tools, email and text delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and website hosting — and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to work with you and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@sabranddesign.com. Unsubscribe from email with the link in any email; stop texts by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
