These terms apply to your use of sabranddesign.com and to communications from S&A Brand Design ("we," "us"). Project work is covered by the separate proposal or agreement you sign with us; if the two ever conflict, your signed agreement wins.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or submit false information. Site content, design and branding belong to S&A Brand Design unless noted.

Quotes and projects

Prices on the site are starting points. Your project price, scope, timeline and payment terms (including any deposit) are set in your written proposal. Work starts after the proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: S&A Brand Design sends (a) service texts — appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates and customer care — and (b) marketing texts — occasional offers and news — only to people who opted in to that type of message.
• How you opt in: by checking the matching box on our website form (or by giving consent in another documented way). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@sabranddesign.com / (859) 295-6793.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

No guarantees

We work hard to build sites that help your business get found and contacted, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales. The website is provided "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, S&A Brand Design isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100, unless your signed project agreement says otherwise.
